Unqualified White Liberals

Rush nails it - again. If Powell is not being influenced by race, then where are all the unqualified, inexperienced white liberals he's been moved to support?
Rush Limbaugh said Colin Powell's decision to get behind Barack Obama appeared to be very much tied to Obama's status as the first African-American with a chance to become president.

"Secretary Powell says his endorsement is not about race," Limbaugh wrote in an e-mail. "OK, fine. I am now researching his past endorsements to see if I can find all the inexperienced, very liberal, white candidates he has endorsed. I'll let you know what I come up with."
It is odd that Powell was so influenced by 7 weeks of watching Barack.
As for Powell's statement of concern this morning about the sort of Supreme Court justices a President McCain might appoint, Limbaugh wrote: "I was also unaware of his dislike for John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Anthony Kennedy and Antonin Scalia. I guess he also regrets Reagan and Bush making him a four-star [general] and secretary of state and appointing his son to head the FCC. Yes, let's hear it for transformational figures."

As a white man, if I were to tell you that I was voting for McCain because he is white I would be classified as a racist. But if your a black man and your voting for Obama because he is black, well then its o.k. In fact, if your a black man and you don't vote for Obama you are looked down apon. 99.5% of blacks are voting for Obama. I think we should vote on the issues not the color of a man's skin. Voting on skin color only instigates racial divide. Whether your black voting because the candidate is black or your white voting for a candidate that is white... Both ways are wrong and do nothing for the good of our country...

This just solidies the sad state of affairs that surround this country. The hypocrisy in the country today is astounding. Here you have a man Colin Powell who has worked his way up the proverbial ladder the hard way. Through strong core values, hard work and dedication, Mr. Powell embodied the American dream yet he is willing to sellout everything that made him who he is today to support the manchurian candidate Obama just because of the color of his skin. Mr. Powell you have truly done your country a great disservice by placing race ahead of a man's lack of executive experience, questionable relationship ties, dishonesty, socialistic even Marxist ideas, and a person who rather promote radicalism and tear down the fabric of American freedom.
