This King Not Wright

A "King of Comedy" did his best to create a Jeremiah moment for Barack last night, but Bernie Mac is no Pastor Wright.
Sen. Barack Obama's campaign condemned salty language used Friday evening by comedian and actor Bernie Mac, who introduced the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee at a Chicago fundraiser.
Watch a little Bernie Mac (not from the Obama event) and try to figure out why Barack would choose the association.

In keeping with liberalisms most basic tenet, Mac thinks race is all that matters.

"Being a president is tough 'cause you're not just running the country. You got to run your family too," Mac said. "Having a black first lady is different. You're still going to have to do the dishes and the laundry and all that … 'You got to pick up the kids..."
And he thinks being vulgar is the most important use his free speech rights.

The Chicago-born comedian and actor told what he said was a joke about his nephew coming to him and asking the difference between a hypothetical question and a realistic question.

To demonstrate the difference, he tells the nephew to go ask his mother if she would make love to the mailman for $50,000. The mother says she would make love to the mailman and anybody else for $50,000.

He tells the newphew to go ask his sister if she would make love with her neighbor for $50,000. She says she would make love with the neighbor and anybody else for $50,000.

So he tells the nephew: “Hypothetically speaking, we should have $100,000. But realistically speaking we live with two hos,” Bernie Mac said.

The funny thing about having a black liberal candidate running for president is how the Billy Carters of liberalism keep popping up. Somehow Dems have largely avoided responsibility for the trash their friends create.
In his speech, the Illinois senator, who hopes to become the first black U.S. president, said unity was essential in the Democratic Party. He said it should not be divided by race, religion, region, class or gender.
But Democrats favor dividing by race at every turn. Why else would you have a vulgar moron introducing you at a fund-raiser? Either you like his vulgarity, or you like his race. Or both.
“That means, by the way, Bernie, you got to clean up your act,” Obama said. “This is a family affair.”

Instead of a soft reprimand after the fact, Barack should have told Mac to get down from the stage - but no leadership came from the man with no leadership experience.
At one point a heckler protested and asked Mac to step down after an irreverent riff with crude jokes.
Democrats will call it racism when Barack loses, but it will be the unveiling of liberal truths, like its comfort with the vulgar entertainment industry, with racist preachers and people who blow up buildings that ultimately scare voters away.
When Obama came on, he thanked several people, including "my great friend, one of the kings of comedy, Bernie Mac."
